“I bought my house in May of 2020. For the past three weeks, I noticed my gas fireplace extinguishing after about 30 minutes of it burning. I called a hearth company in Olympia: they told me they can’t service my fireplace because it’s more than 20 years old. I then called another local hearth company and they told me they were booked up until May of this year, but they referred me to Pacific Air Heating Air Conditioning. Eric showed up today, and I informed him of the issue. Eric took the time to explain what was wrong with my fireplace: the Thermopile Generator needed to be replaced. Additionally, I asked Eric to arrange the ceramic wood to assimilate campfire logs arranged in a semi-vertical manner. Eric was very professional and very informative, and he took the time to explain the mechanics of my gas fireplace. Eric vacuumed the debris and cleaned the glass. My fireplace works like a champ now!! KUDOS to Eric and PAHAC!! I will DEFINITELY call PAHAC for future HVAC and gas fireplace maintenance and repairs!
