“In November 2018 I had Pacific Air install an electric furnace in my old manufactured home. It was my 1st experience with this type of purchase—-needless to say I had a lot to learn! I got 4 quotes and have no quarrels with any of the companies that I did not choose. Pacific Air impressed me from start to finish! Pacific Air explained to me the whole process to a much deeper degree than the other companies. Data was collected on my home and entered into a program that determines the proper furnace for my home. I was invited to side by side with the teck and watch the process; all the while every detail was being explained to me. Then the document was printed out for me to keep. I was soooo impressed! The teck talked to me about my old furnace and educated me on my new one. I had three furnaces to pick from –different price ranges. All explained to me with no hurry on the tecks part. I asked lots of questions and received good answers. Since this is a new experience I did do research on my own too. I choose a furnace and not the cheapest. The furnace was installed and the inspector passed the install. I give Pacific Air 5 stars plus! While I have no quarrels with the other companies; SOME tecks entered my home took some quick data and wanted to leave (were there 5 minutes or less). I had to ask them to sit down for I had questions. Guess Pacific Air just really spoiled me!!!!!! Anyone who reads this, just remember its always good to get several quotes, for you will see how different companies handle their business. I almost picked another company, was impressed, but realized I had only their quote! Mary”

“Wow! Great experience with Pacific Air. I had them install a gas line and downdraft ducting for a range in my kitchen island. It was a long, complicated duct run with little space to work in. Another company seemed confounded by the project and gave me a bid that was more than twice as much which I knew was ridiculous. A Pacific Air estimator came out, was very thorough and friendly, and gave me a fair estimate. Phil just did the work yesterday and it turned out great. He was professional, friendly and competent. They'll be my first recommendation for HVAC work from now on!”
